Every piece is produced after you order, so add 3–7 business days of production before anything is dispatched. After that, US orders typically arrive in 5–10 business days and EU orders in 7–14. US orders over $50 ship free.

Unworn, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start the return from the contact page and wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back. Personalized pieces are final sale unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

A laser removes the outer coating to reveal the steel beneath, so the artwork is part of the bottle and cannot peel. Send your text or artwork with the order, approve the mockup we send back, and production starts. Around 24 characters reads best.
